Rain AI is getting ready to scale and experience rapid growth, and we need a team of top AI talent ready to meet the increasing customer demand we’re seeing. Specifically, we’re #hiring for a senior recruiting leader to be our go-to person that will help us grow successfully.
You would create, drive, and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for Rain AI during this huge inflection point. This is both a “roll up your sleeves” role (we need our first ATS!😊) and a hugely strategic role for Rain – as you would also be a driver of company-wide strategies around organizational planning, retention, and talent brand. While you would be an IC at first, you will quickly grow into a people manager here at Rain AI as you build the foundation of the recruiting organization at Rain. I cannot emphasize enough how imperative you will be to Rain maturing into a successful AI accelerator business! This person would directly report to me, but also partner extremely closely with our senior leadership and CEO.
I’m specifically looking for someone with deep technical recruiting experience, experience managing a team, and experience scaling teams quickly. Really, I’m looking for a partner to me on the broader people strategy here at Rain, building the foundation of this organization alongside me. Needless to say....we’d work very closely! :)
