To recognize, reward and celebrate our leaders, we hosted more than 3,000 Raising Cane’s leaders and their significant others at Moon Palace Resort in Cancun from Sunday to Wednesday in an industry-defining conference that was centered around relaxing and having a good time. Set to operate more than 875 Restaurants and eclipse nearly $5B in sales by the end of the year, we owe it all to our leaders who are driving the business forward each and every day. Attendees for the all-expenses-paid trip included all Restaurant Leaders, Business Unit and Restaurant Support Crew along with their spouses or significant others. To kick things off, leaders and their guests arrived on Sunday to a fully Cane’s branded five-star resort in Cancún where they received Canecún-branded swag bags and started the trip with a welcome reception filled with drinks, music and good times. Monday was filled with leisure and an array of optional activities including beach volleyball and yoga and optional sessions for financial wellbeing; “Making Millionaires,” which detailed all elements of the Raising Cane’s Restaurant Partner Program including the long-term incentive program that allows the Restaurant Partners to become millionaires within seven to 10 years; maximizing benefits; optimizing mental energy; Spanish lessons and more. Later in the day, attendees gathered to hear from Owner and Founder Todd Graves about the history of Cane’s and co-CEO and COO AJ Kumaran. Kumaran talked about the industry leading programs Cane’s has in place as well as upcoming programs to help Raising Cane’s scale to become a top 10 US Restaurant Brand in sales. Later in the evening, Graves’ good friend and Emmy-award winning rapper and producer Snoop Dogg joined him on stage for a fireside chat about entrepreneurism, work ethic, leadership, family and success. While on stage, Graves presented Snoop, who is a huge Bruce Lee fan, with Bruce Lee’s famous nunchucks from Enter the Dragon as a gift of appreciation for coming to Cancun to both inspire and entertain Cane’s leaders. Directly following, attendees went outside for a drone and firework show and concert from Snoop Dogg where he sang and DJ’d. On Tuesday morning, nine-time Olympic gold medalist spoke to leaders about inspiration, motivation, and chasing a dream. Following Ledecky’s keynote, she was joined by Graves and Kumaran on stage for a Q&A session where they asked about how Katie stays motivated and what it means to be a leader. To round out Canecún, leaders were encouraged to take the rest of Tuesday to rest and relax before departing on Wednesday. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in making Canecun a reality. Here's to more big things in the future.

Our Co-CEO & COO, AJ Kumaran, recently sat down with The Exchange on CNBC to speak to our history, our passion, our Golden Birthday and our unique opening in Boston. In addition, AJ talked about several key business points including price, profits, labor and our positive same restaurant sales for the last 15 years in a row. 2024 has been another one for the books and we’re excited to see how the year closes out given our year-to-date and aggressive plans ahead – always supporting our Crew, Customers and Communities. #OneLove #Growth

28 years of golden Chicken Fingers calls for a celebration! A golden birthday is a momentous occasion when someone's date of birth aligns with the age they're turning – an occurrence so rare that instead of celebrating the day, we're celebrating all year. Yesterday, August 28, we began to celebrate our 28th birthday with the opening of our 828th restaurant in Boston to kick off a year of golden moments beginning with a pledge to give back $28M to local communities throughout the coming year. To help celebrate in Boston, "Big Papi," Jrue Holiday, and JVKE – all of whom have "gold" in common between MLB Championship trophies, NBA Championship trophies, Olympic medals, and a hit single called "golden hour" – helped us open the milestone Restaurant in golden style. A big 'thank you' to all involved in making this opening a special one and here's to a year-long celebration! Cane's has grown to more than 800 Restaurants across more than 40 states and continues opening 100 Restaurants each year. With sights set on becoming a top 10 US Restaurant brand by 2030, we're looking to grow to more than 150K Crewmembers across 1,600 Restaurants and $10B in sales.

Forbes recently announced their America’s Best Employers for Women report for 2024 and we are again on the list! Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 150,000 women working at companies with at least 1,000 employees in the United States. Survey respondents were asked how likely they were to recommend their current—and previous—employers, and if they’d recommend any employers they knew through their industry or through family and friends who work there. Participants were also asked to rate their current employers in such areas as working environment, pay equity, parental leave, and the company’s handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Responses from the last three years were considered.
