Today is World Mental Health Day! This year’s theme, Mental Health at Work, emphasizes the importance of creating environments where everyone feels supported and valued. Amidst the heartbreaking aftermath of Hurricane Helene, RBR-Technologies stands together with those impacted, contributing $5,000 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief. Sending our deepest sympathies to everyone affected.

RBR-Technologies was honored to support and participate in the Swinging for Impact event at Top Golf Baltimore! Our donation will go directly to City of Refuge Baltimore, an incredible faith-based organization helping families transition out of crisis. We had the privilege of teaming up with Baltimore Orioles pitcher Grayson Rodriguez, and we’re thrilled to share that our team took home the win!

That’s a wrap on the 2024 Baltimore Orioles season at Camden Yards, and it’s been a fantastic experience for the RBR team! With 80+ employees, their friends and family, and several military organizations joining us throughout the season, we’ve had an amazing time. Did we mention our suite got a brand-new makeover? As summer comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible season of growth and achievements here at RBR-Technologies. It’s been a season to remember, highlighted by our 8th annual fishing event and a series of team-building activities, including Top Golf and escape rooms. We also hosted a delightful summer coloring contest for RBR kids, completed our 5th office expansion, and enjoyed welcoming family and friends to our Orioles suite. In a world where access to clean water and education remains a challenge, RBR-Technologies proudly partnered with Trumpet in Zion (TIZ) Outreach to make a difference in Ghana. We sponsored two youths on a mission that provided 1,000 pounds of school supplies to several villages and helped build a well that cut water collection times from an hour to just 10 minutes. Our mission demonstrates the impact of collaboration. As one of our youths puts it, "Developing countries need things we have a lot of, and with our help, we can give them that." #CleanWater #CollaborationForChange

Our RBR team and their families gathered to commemorate the end of summer with a captivating screening of Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice. It was a jam-packed evening of trivia, prizes, popcorn, and big laughs, with an extra special appearance from Beetlejuice himself! At RBR these family-centered events are one of the ways we say “Thank You” to our amazing team for all the hard work they have put in throughout the year.
