  • 🌿On the 8th of March, International Women’s Day as part of the RE-FEM Talk series within the RE-FEM project, Kinga Kelemen, founder of the sustainable slow fashion brand Lanelka, shared her entrepreneurial journey and insights on women & sustainability in business. 💡We would like to give you three RE-FEM Tips to help you integrate sustainability into your business while staying true to your values. 1)    It is good to know that small businesses adopt sustainability out of necessity, using upcycling and made-to-order production. Limited resources push small businesses to find creative, eco-friendly solutions. By repurposing materials and producing only on demand, they minimize waste and reduce their environmental impact.   2)    Authenticity attracts customers, making sustainable businesses more resilient. Consumers value businesses that align with their ethical and environmental beliefs. Staying true to sustainability principles builds trust, fosters loyalty, and strengthens long-term business success.   3)    Community and mentorship support women entrepreneurs, helping them integrate sustainability. Networks and mentorship provide guidance, shared knowledge, and encouragement for women entrepreneurs. Being part of a supportive community helps them navigate business challenges while adopting sustainable practices.   By embracing these practices, entrepreneurs can make a real impact while building strong, responsible businesses. 🌍✨. ⏩ This session is available on our YouTube channel on the following link: https://lnkd.in/dhvrShx6  as well as on the project’s Facebook page: https://lnkd.in/dyrcCBJm.
