Crossroads of #AI Of course there are frameworks and yes they help tramedously. You must use the one or multiple that work for you. You can’t steal “#OutOfTheBox” Thinking. #EmotionalIntelligence can’t be bought. #AI Agents will not help you go "above and beyond” for your client. If you think AI is your business's savior, it will be as dry and dull as you are. #Clients who are looking for a #partner, a #serviceprovider, those who need and understand the meaning of #professionalservices and NOT just for an old #consulting playbook or #outsourcing #bodyshop, please vet them. Vet them well. Don’t waste your time with a 300-page RFP document; instead, have them in front of you, face to face, showing you live clicking. Bring them to see how they roll their eyes, not on Zoom. But the most crucial advice is to make sure they listen and connect to you and your vision. System Integrators (antiquated term and so is your thinking), Outsourcers, and Body Shoppers, waaaaaaaaaaaaake up!!!!! No one cares about your experience from 30 years ago. Neither the tech nor the business is close to being the same. Don’t lie; you didn’t #upskill yourself; you just learned to hire cheap labor and take less responsibility on your client contracts. #Agility is a way of thinking, not a project management methodology. You must bring your “out-of-the-box” hat and your Emotional Intelligence to every deal and opportunity to be qualified as a Partner and Service Provider. Throw out your reusable PPT templates and your credit card that you use to take clients out to dinner. Connect first. Demonstrate second. Learn to own the risk. Don’t roll your eyes; roll up your sleeves. Your clients are cool; respect that. We wanted to share an idea that we thought was cool, and we were right—it was awesome.
