He was responsible for underwriting oversight of various MGA Business Unit subsidiaries of Risk Theory. ReAlign has great student interns who have been working hard alongside, our Business Development, Information Technology, and Actuarial teams this summer. Thank you for your valuable contributions and keep up the fantastic work! Zach Molusis is a fourth-year student at The University of Wisconsin, where he is pursuing a degree in Economics. Zach has worked on a multitude of projects ranging from rater development to agreement management. He assists the Business Development and Reinsurance teams; however, he has also worked on projects with the Actuarial, Finance, and Marketing teams. Currently Zach is tasked with completing the Duck Creek Reinsurance system implementation specifications and just concluded work on a project with Bryan Hartwig developing an internal rater for the Johnson & Johnson program.   Kanishk Kothakonda is a rising fourth-year student at the University of Michigan, majoring in Computer Science. At ReAlign, he collaborates with the Information Technology team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers, gaining experience in data analysis and management, generating insightful reports, creating automated solutions for data retrieval and analysis, and handling intricate databases. Samuel Kraning is a second-year student at Robert Morris University where he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science. At ReAlign, he works alongside the Actuarial team establishing data feeds and building analytical tools needed to provide actuarial guidance and analytical support to our various programs. Sam's first project involves researching ISO and building an Optional Class Plan rating template for our commercial auto programs.    Isaac Allsup is a senior at Drake University where he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science. At ReAlign, he works alongside the Actuarial team establishing data feeds and building analytical tools needed to provide actuarial guidance and analytical support to ReAlign's various programs. Isaac's first project is to create prototype production reports to assist the Business Development team in evaluating the operations of each individual program.
