On Friday, October 11th, we gathered at Best Buy HQ for Tech Talent—a day filled with exploration of the impacts of Artificial Intelligence and opportunities to create more opportunities for all to access tech careers in Minnesota. Attendees heard from Erin Olson (MURP, MPH) and Catherine Jett, MPH of RealTime Talent, who highlighted high-demand roles and the skills necessary for entry-level opportunities. Exciting News! RealTime Talent is thrilled to welcome Bryan Lindsley as our new Director of Strategic Initiatives—a role created to support the growing scope of our work.    Bryan brings a wealth of experience in workforce development, having led initiatives with the funders collaborative MSPWin, served as Director of Systems Change for the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, and most recently worked with RealTime Talent on a consulting basis. He also founded The Effective Problemsolver in 2021, helping organizations tackle complex challenges.   Please join us in welcoming Bryan to the RealTime Talent team!

Melinda is a highly accomplished education professional and strategic leader with a robust track record in data analysis, instructional design, and more. With over 15 years of experience in the educational sector and 8 in the safety services sector, Melinda excels in driving operational excellence through systems enhancement, capacity building, and data literacy. At RealTime Talent, Melinda will support partner organizations across Minnesota’s workforce and education ecosystem to activate relevant data-based decisions with research services and by supporting our expansive network of data tool partners.
