You don't need to raise prices if your product's flying off the shelves. It's a no-brainer that Danone has beat market expectations every quarter since 2021, according to The Wall Street Journal. They invest in volume growth - which allows them to slow price hikes in favor of a more sustainable model to increase organic revenue growth. And there's nothing better than brand building to rebuild volumes for today's top CPGs, like Danone, to remind consumers of the value of its brands and build audience trust. Take this example from Oikos, a Danone brand, and Barry's partnership.
