We were founded by a former First Responder to serve those who have protected us. 100% of our staff are Veterans or former First Responders. We use efficient recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates to ensure short and long term success for our clients. We specialize in finding heroes with excellent qualifications, training, and experience to fit your requirements. We put the effort, pride, and passion of a hero into every placement. If you have a need, we have a Hero! Recruiting Hero also provide interview training, resume writing, and other support for our Heroes to help them succeed in finding their dream career.
