Did you know that a trees root system is often the same width as the tree is tall? Tree roots can grow around your utilities and could damage them over time. This customers water line had a PVC coupling encased in roots, causing it to crack and leak. Thank you to NAIOP Washington State for recognizing our exterior renovation project for a confidential client as a finalist for this year's Night of the Stars.   For this project, our team worked closely with the client to renovate the exterior of a newly purchased building in Kirkland, WA and turn it into a chic and modern office worthy of being dubbed as their new U.S. headquarters. Our team’s goal was to not only refresh the exterior of a dated brick building, but to reflect their brand and incorporate elements that aligned with company values.   We'd like to also thank our partners DCI Engineers, ABBOT CONSTRUCTION,INC., Morrison Hershfield, PSF Mechanical, Inc, and Redline Mechanical for their contributions to the success of this project.

Thank you to our amazing customers Ed and Sandra for the opportunity to fix your leaking Waterline! They contacted us for an emergency service on Friday afternoon, and our Technician discovered a leak in the Main Service line near the meter in the existing copper water line. The existing plumbing was corroded and failing so we made a temporary repair and restored service for the weekend. We returned to replace the old fixtures with new PRV, Strainer and Ball Valve then checked the incoming line pressure, and flushed the system.
