About us

RED was small startup company which was targeted by a competitor that weaponized the Justice System to attack us. In a David and Goliath battle that is still going 4 years later, RED founders gave back the fight of their life and defeated some of the best Trade Secret lawyers appearing Pro Se, just by simply telling the Truth and exposing the opposing party's lies to the Judges. This page is dedicated to therefore dedicated to the Underdogs, the unrepresented and the Under-Represented. It will also serve as a voice of Truth to the voiceless. Our secondary focus is exposing Bad Apples: Judges, Lawyers and Self-Represented who weaponize the Justice System to advance Meritless and Frivolous Actions. With the current crisis of Court Reporters, in California in specific, we believe as Judge Richard Posner did that televising Oral Arguments is one of the most important paths toward accountability and transparency is the judiciary.

    "NETWORK" 1976 TRAILER In 1976 when this film came out, there was no cable television, no internet, no cell phones, no Social-Media. Which renders the story in "Network" painfully dated. And yet ... The theme is as valid now as it was almost 50 years ago. Moreover, in 1984, Neil Postman wrote a book which delves deep into the theme of the movie, called "Amusing ourselves to Death". In this book Postman notes that we may have escaped the fate of Orwellian 1984, but we completely ignored the Huxley's prediction of voluntarily handing over our freedom and rights via technology distraction. Extracted from the company's latest SEC filing (https://lnkd.in/gkg-4vX3): 👉 OMNIQ has a working-deficit of over 10x its value at $46M 👉 OMNIQ has an accumulated deficit of over 20x its value at $116M 👉 OMNIQ total Accounts-Payable to one vendor - BlueStar US is $45M 👉 OMNIQ lost over $35M in value in 2023

    ⚖ BREAKING STORY ⚖ Without the usual fanfare, OMNIQ Corp. released it's annual Q10 report today. ⚖ No post on LinkedIn, No announcements, Why? #Simple ⚖ Sales are down from $100M in 2022 to $80M in 2023 ⚖ Margins are down over 30% ⚖ Debt to BlueStar US is now at $42 Million [exceeding their total assets] ⚖ Accumulated Deficit is up to $114 Million ⚖ All this with 3 delisting notifications from the Nasdaq ⚖ Their 2023 loss was a whopping $29 Million which includes a complete wipeout of their intangible "Goodwill" of $14 Million Bottom line? OMNIQ Debt to one vendor (BlueStar US) exceeds its value (Market Cap $5M) by $37 Million. OMNIQ Loses an average of $3M per Quarter All while the CEO (now CFO too) takes home 3x the best paid employee while lying to employees and investors and vendors! Don't believe us?     In it's 120 page decision the Utah Federal Court included an appendix at the end titled "The Teamtronics Era From January 2018 To September 2018" (https://lnkd.in/gk4UEYZZ) "The Teamtronics Era" refers to almost a year during which HTS, now OMNIQ Corp. new management team led by CEO @Shai Lustgarten confiscated employees 401K contributions, Medical Contributions, Bonuses and Expenses. Payments to vendors also stopped during the "Teamtronics Era" leading to failure to ship products and ultimately to the decline of HTS and the great migration of talent. The attached is a collection of documents that are now a part of the unsealed documents in the Sham Lawsuit OMNIQ Corp. filed against RED LPR. (ECF 281-9). This specific Exhibit reveals how Sagy Amit and Barker paid out of their own pocket to vendors in the Parking Industry while fighting to rectify issues with payments and shipments to customers. Vendors include the parking network owner Jorrit Weerman, Parking Today Media, National Parking Association.     Last month the Utah Court unsealed the docket in our case. RED LPR mission was always to be a transparent organization. As such, our organization mission for 2024 is to share publicly available documents that the public should be aware of as they relate to ethical questions that should concern the American public as a whole. In this case, is both an Ethical and a Legal question as to who owns the data collected by an LPR system. A good peak at what goes behind the Corporate Veil and the importance of ethical debate. In the context of the Utah Lawsuit this was one of the emails that reiterated that HTS now OMNIQ Corp. does not have binding contracts with any of its customers or vendors.

    This Friday December 22nd 2023 is Sagy Amit's 50th Birthday. Plaintiff OMNIQ Corp., scheduled a hearing for 9:00AM on Amit's birthday. Coincidentally [or not], the Utah Case "Oral Arguments" took place on the Judge Waddoups Birthday [April 21st] which is reflected in the transcript: "Mr. Jeremy Barker and I learned on the way here that it's your birthday today, Your Honor, so happy birthday. And I'm honored and humbled that you chose to spend your birthday with us." (https://lnkd.in/gDCrfBMB) Finally, the hearing on the Rule 11 Motion for sanctions was scheduled on Jeremy Barker's 40th birthday [June 28th 2022] (https://lnkd.in/gufMZRWr) In their current Sham Action against Sagy Amit Plaintiff seeks to Compel Discovery of Emails and Text messages which will "prove" Amit allegedly breached a #warranty in a settlement to not publicly disclose the #truth Nevertheless, as part of their motion, plaintiff counsels publicly filed the complete transcript of Sagy Amit August 10, 2023 deposition which publicly discloses the fact that the Utah Court already Publicly Disclosed the very #facts and #truth they are trying to hide. Plaintiffs fails to state a claim for relief as the controversy no longer exist and the case is moot. The Judge in this case has shown clear and obvious bias by ignoring statute and vertical Stare Decisis in his rulings. He completely ignored a Peremptory Challenge which was timely filed and his clerk deliberately filed the motion two weeks after it was electronically filed. Friday's hearing should be interesting! “A foundational principle of Article III is that "an actual controversy must exist not only at the time the complaint is filed, but through all stages of the litigation."  Already, LLC v. Nike, Inc. , 568 U.S. 85, 90–91, 133 S.Ct. 721, 184 L.Ed.2d 553 (2013)”

    My friend Sagy Amit has been representing himself in court for the last 3 years (An ordinary person schooling 2 lawyers on his legal rights 😳). This Friday he has a hearing exactly on his 50 birthday 🚀 🚀🚀 . Judging by the attached transcript from his recent deposition, this will be real. Happy Birthday! 🎂 🎉

    WHY AM I TAGGED IN THIS POST?!? [You may ask] Most of you are tired of hearing about this lawsuit, for sure. BUT Did you know that OMNIQ Corp. specifically targeted personal Emails and Texts that span a large population of the Parking Industry?? [YOU specifically] (HTS Discovery demands here: https://lnkd.in/gtJ_TGwc) During the HTS v. RED LPR discovery phase OMNIQ Corp. counsels demanded "All Documents that relate to ANY" with your names and with anyone within the companies tagged here. We refused, arguing that those are the exact catchphrases of "Discovery Abuse" and that the request is a violation of your privacy. We spent tens of thousands of dollars in motions to defend your privacy, which is what ultimately led to the bankruptcy of RED LPR. The fact that some of you, like TIBA Parking and HUB Parking Technology, are still doing business with HTS is , to put lightly, Adding an insult to an Injury! 👎 The highest Courts in the U.S. Call this practice "A Fishing Expedition" 👎 "Further, the use of the phrases "entire files," "all," "any and all," or "including but not limited to" suggests a disallowed fishing expedition. Mendinueta-Ibarro, 956 F. Supp. 2d at 513; United States v. Mariano, No. 12-061, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 31333, at *1 (D.R.I. Mar. 7, 2013); see also United States v. Blumberg, No. 14-458, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 175542, at *15 (D.N.J. Oct. 20, 2017) United States v. Ellis, 19-369, at *5-6 (W.D. Pa. Jan. 21, 2021)
