We're excited to introduce Kelly Dale to the Redwood Residential team as Northeast Regional Operations Manager Kelly will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of properties throughout the Northeast. She has 10 years of experience working for 3rd party management companies, as well as vertically integrated developers. Most recently, she managed operations for a variety of multifamily assets throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.

🌟 Exciting Opportunity 🌟 Redwood Residential is searching for a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Director to join our team! As Training and Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth and success of our team members. You'll lead the development and implementation of innovative training programs that align with our strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous learning. The Director of Training and Development will be based out of Radnor, PA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or Sandy Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities: -Design and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance employee skills and performance. -Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs. -Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Requirements: -Proven experience as a Training and Development Director or similar role. -Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful training programs. -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the property management or real estate industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. -Strong leadership and management skills. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms. -Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness. -Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. -Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar are a plus.
