ATP training is a research and scenario-based, trauma-informed approach to responding to any active threat situation. It is designed for full district staff participation. This workshop authorizes and empowers those engaged in such an event to utilize existing building infrastructure, technology, and human action to distract and reduce the threat, which increases the chance of survival. 🎉 The East Texas Regional 4th Annual Kick-off Event was a success! Region 7 hosted over 350 students from 15 districts, all exploring STEM careers through hands-on challenges. Students collaborated to build BB rollercoasters in under an hour, applying engineering skills and teamwork.
