    Often, as we become more attached to our employees, it becomes harder to remove emotions from decision-making. I have found reframing the questions to where it is more binary and forces a decision to become easier. For example. Who is your worst employee? No context. you can only pick one. If you could clone only one employee, who would it be? You can go from a hard decision to your gut immediately telling you who that one person is. Now, ask the same questions for each of your locations. Ask it for your front office. Ask it for your providers. You will quickly start to see patterns of what you want and don't want and can start to double down on your best and edify their behaviors so others follow. You can very quickly determine who needs to be re-onboarded and have better expectations set.
