So, apparently, I've been playing in the AI sandbox more than I thought... and it's finally paying off. According to the AI-Maturity Index (shoutout to Iwo Szapar for inviting me to participate in this assessment!), I'm well on my way to AI greatness with a solid 68/100. Not bad, right? 😁 #AI isn't just some shiny new toy. It's the future (and yes, it's here to stay). Whether you're brainstorming, troubleshooting, or just trying to stay sane through endless meetings, AI's got your back. If you still think it's just hype, maybe it's time to recalibrate your compass. The results? It turns out I'm above average on productivity, collaboration, innovation, and decision-making (yay!), but my emotional intelligence with AI could use some leveling up. So, that's where I'll focus next — bridging the human-AI gap to make even more of an impact. Seriously though, AI Maturity Index nailed it. The insights are not just for techies — they're for anyone ready to actually start leveraging AI instead of fearing it. Check it out and try it for yourself! I am thrilled to share that I just received my brand new AI Maturity Index report! 🤩 But what does Lord Vader have to do with this? 🚀 With AI Maturity Index you can conduct your own assessment of your current knowledge and skills here: ▶https://lnkd.in/dXznNsk7 ◀ to learn not only what your AI Maturity Index is compared to others in your industry or region, but also gain dedicated insights on how to develop your abilities. And as a bonus: Your AI Alter Egos - Your Digital Superpowers and Nemeses. Try not to guess mine 🙃. The AI Maturity Index offers, among other things, the ability to engage with an AI assistant and participate in a joint assessment, reflecting on your own work, as well as personalized recommendations on how to enhance your AI skills—showcasing your talents and suggesting the right tools to use. 🛠 ✨A huge thank you to Iwo Szapar Eryn Peters John Winsor for the invitation to join this journey. ✨ Co-creating the index and understanding the fundamentals of employee development in AI has been a wonderful intellectual journey with fantastic company. It's effective too—because the assessment and report are truly impressive! As the poster behind me says – The Journey Awaits! Come with us 🧙♂️🤖

🎯 Was macht den AI Maturity Index besonders? Was denkt ihr?

Almost 50% workers see AI as a job killer. HR leaders, your mission: Turn AI anxiety into advantage. Here's how. Tech leaders, frontline workers, mid-career professionals – all grappling with the same question: "Where is AI really heading?" This is where Human Resources professionals come in. Your role has never been more critical. In Slovenia, I met an HR director who's rewriting the playbook. "We're not just implementing AI," she told me. "We're architecting a human-centric workplace where AI amplifies our people's strengths." Her team isn't just focusing on upskilling. They're reimagining job roles, fostering an culture of continuous learning by adopting AI use-cases daily, and most importantly, putting human creativity and emotional intelligence at the forefront. 🦸♀️ The result? A workforce that sees AI not as a threat, but as a powerful ally. This is the transformative power of strategic HR in the AI age. It's about guiding your organization through this seismic shift, ensuring that technology serves human potential, not the other way around. What's your human-centric AI strategy? From kimchi to cutting-edge AI: Is Korea quietly becoming the world's AI powerhouse? 🇰🇷🚀 Just touched down from South Korea, and my mind is still processing the whirlwind of innovation I witnessed. (Though my taste buds are still dreaming of that kimchi 🥘) At South Summit, I shared premier insights from our AI Maturity Index, but what really caught me off guard was South Korea's AI ecosystem. It's not just impressive – it's redefining the game. The concentration of AI startups tackling massive challenges in climate tech, agriculture, and robotics was unlike anything I've seen. My impressions were backed by mind-blowing stats: 🧠 The world's #2 semiconductor producer, is literally building the brains of our AI future.  🎓 It outpaces the US, India, and China in engineering grads per capita, fueling its AI talent pool. 🦄 The AI ecosystem boasts 400+ of 'scaleups', and thousands of early stage startups – pushing AI boundaries beyond Silicon Valley. 🔬 Seoul's new AI Innovation Hub: 35 petaFLOPS powering 630+ researchers from 200+ institutions. ... and the list goes on and on! And all of this is happening against the backdrop of a culture that's thousands of years old. The contrast of ancient temples and cutting-edge AI labs is mind-bending. But it's this unique blend of deep-rooted tradition and cutting-edge innovation that sets Korea apart. While AI is reshaping global innovation hubs, Korea is writing its own playbook. They're not just pushing "innovation" as a buzzword – they're living it. In a world where nearly every government touts innovation, South Korea shows us what it looks like when a nation truly commits to technological advancement. The question is: are we ready to keep up? (Yes Europe, I am looking at you...) PS. To everyone I met at South Summit – 감사합니다 / thank you / gracias! Your ambition and brilliance are infectious - can't wait to meet up again! 😍

AI will make your job obsolete. And that's the best thing that could happen to you. Here's how 'Digital Wellbeing' by Caitlin Krause reframes the AI apocalypse: Two years ago, I met Caitlin at a LinkedIn summit in Los Angeles. We instantly connected over our shared passion for the future of work. But Caitlin's vision stretched even further - she saw AI and Extended reality (XR) as tools to ignite human imagination and freedom. Our conversation was so inspiring that Caitlin later invited me to contribute to her book. Now, "Digital Wellbeing" is challenging how we view AI's impact on our lives and work. Forget fear - Caitlin shows how AI can unlock unprecedented human flourishing. From 'imagination indexes' to 'collective effervescence', she introduces mind-bending concepts that will transform your relationship with tech. I've seen these ideas in action, and they're nothing short of revolutionary. I've experienced this firsthand. AI now augments 90% of my tasks, freeing me to focus on creativity and strategy. It's not just about productivity - it's about redefining success and fulfillment in the AI era. 🚨 Time-sensitive opportunity: Pre-order "Digital Wellbeing" before Sept. 24 to help it hit bestseller lists! Be part of this groundbreaking movement to elevate imagination with AI. Your future self will thank you.
