BKM Capital Partners acquired a 104k sf AZ biz property in a $21.6 mil recapitalization. The deal is for Wier Thirty6 Business Park in Phoenix. Built in 1986, the property consists of nine freestanding buildings housing 10 units with an average size of 10.4k sf. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bob Buckley and Tracy Cartledge, in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West, led by Will Strong, Michael Matchett, and Molly Hunt, represented the seller in this transaction. https://lnkd.in/gkGhqGvU

Denver area biz park trades in $61 mil deal -- Ambrose Property Group buys 595k sf Ascent Commerce Center in Commerce City. Ascent Commerce Center is comprised of three state-of-the-art, modern industrial buildings, all of which are partially occupied with space still available to lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West represented the seller in brokering the sale of the property. Additionally, a Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (“EDSF”) team provided debt placement services to Ambrose. The Cushman & Wakefield Denver office will continue to represent the park as leasing agent and will also provide property management services. Green Leaf Partners Management buys 280-unit multifamily property in Colorado. The company picks up 25-year-old Alvista Harmony in Fort Collins. It was sold by an affiliate of Phoenix Realty Group and a joint venture partner. Pac West Equities has acquired 267k sf of industrial Assets in the Bay Area. The $44.5 mil purchase is for two NNN-leased structures on 12.85 acres in American Canyon. Ryan Sitov and Melinda Marino with JLL Industrial Capital Markets represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal. They were assisted by JLL’s Glen W. Casas Adobes Plaza, a 92.3k sf, Whole Foods-anchored shopping center in Tucson, AZ, traded hands for $51 mil, or $553/sf. The asset was sold by First Washington Realty. Patrick Dempsey and Geoff Tranchina with JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the transaction.
