Built in 1986, the property consists of nine freestanding buildings housing 10 units with an average size of 10.4k sf. Denver area biz park trades in $61 mil deal -- Ambrose Property Group buys 595k sf Ascent Commerce Center in Commerce City. Ascent Commerce Center is comprised of three state-of-the-art, modern industrial buildings, all of which are partially occupied with space still available to lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West represented the seller in brokering the sale of the property. Additionally, a Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (“EDSF”) team provided debt placement services to Ambrose. The Cushman & Wakefield Denver office will continue to represent the park as leasing agent and will also provide property management services. Casas Adobes Plaza, a 92.3k sf, Whole Foods-anchored shopping center in Tucson, AZ, traded hands for $51 mil, or $553/sf. The asset was sold by First Washington Realty. Patrick Dempsey and Geoff Tranchina with JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the transaction.
