Ambrose Team Month Organization #4 – The Abbie Hunt Bryce Home. The Abbie Hunt Bryce Home is the primary program within the non-profit organization Morning Light. It offers free, safe, comfortable end-of-life care for terminally ill low-income residents in Indianapolis. The Caring Center is a multi-program, non-profit organization that serves families and individuals in need, including those in generational and situational poverty and who are food insecure. They provide food, clothing, transitional housing, education and more, with programs continuously evolving to accommodate the needs of those they support. “I always enjoy Team Month and being able to pair with different organizations. I had never heard of The Caring Center before. It was great to learn more about their mission, and we had a fun time helping sort and organize donations. We’ve broken ground on Indianapolis Logistics Park – Northwest in Whitestown, Indiana and have signed a lease with height access and fall protection manufacturer Kattsafe North America. The two buildings currently under construction are both 233,000 SF and can be demised as low as 40,000 Sf to accommodate tenant requirements. Both buildings will be available for tenant fixturing by the end of 2024 with completion in Q1 2025.
