🚀 Day 1 of GTM Week came in hot yesterday! We’ve got 120+ founders and operators on board, extra chairs brought in (we’re maxing out seating here!), and the energy? But if you thought the excitement peaked there, think again. Tomorrow’s highlight? The AI for GTM Fireside Chat with Anirudh Narayan from Lyzr AI, Akshay Hangloo from Nurge , Piyush Agarwal from Reo.Dev & ofcourse our very own Rapti Gupta moderating the session. Imagine: no fluff, no BS insights on how AI is reshaping GTM strategies, sprinkled with top-tier banter, live and unplugged. 👀 Seriously, don’t miss this. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘀? 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽-𝗯𝘆-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁. 💡 Most marketers assume that developers tune out traditional ads—but the reality is more nuanced. After over a decade marketing to everyone from consumers to government entities, Shai Alani, VP of Marketing at Aporia learned this: the key isn’t more ads; it’s smarter, value-driven content that aligns with how developers think. Developers aren’t thinking in terms of commercial value. They’re driven by: 💡 What can save me time? 💡 What validates my work? 💡 What helps me achieve my goals faster? Here’s what works for running ads that resonate with devs: ⭐ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 (e.g., GitHub activity or documentation interactions). ⭐ 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 —think content, webinars, or comparison pieces. ⭐ Avoid pushing a hard sell like “Book a demo”; 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀. Example: If a dev interacts with a GitHub repo for an open-source solution, follow up with an ad that highlights the differences between your product and that open-source tool. Make it educational, not promotional. It’s about understanding what will make them want to try your product because it helps them, not because you told them to. 🙌 At Reo.Dev, we work hand-in-hand with revenue teams to identify, stack, and make the most of intent signals for campaigns that actually click with developers. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹. In this clip, Sanjeev Sisodiya, former VP of Customer Success & Sales at Postman, covers key lessons on pricing strategy: 📍Why pricing should be revisited every 6 months to ensure it's serving your goals. 📍The importance of raising prices gradually and the right timing. 📍How Postman handled price increases while keeping early customers happy—grandfathering them for smooth transitions. Pricing is powerful, but only if used systematically and thoughtfully. 🎥 Watch the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/dshQevHC #PricingStrategy #GTM #StartupGrowth #CustomerSuccess #DevTools

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗕𝗠 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁 🚀 🔍 ABM is evolving, but as Shai Alani, VP of Marketing at Aporia, shares in his video, developer-focused ABM requires a complete shift in mindset. Traditional signals and playbooks just don't reach dev audiences effectively. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? Most ABM campaigns focus on capturing signals from general sites, third-party articles, and web visits. But for dev audiences, it's a different journey—they’re on GitHub, exploring your docs before ever visiting your homepage, and seeking insights from community-driven spaces. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁? 1️⃣ Prioritize developer-specific signals—know where they’re searching, reading, and exploring. 2️⃣ Leverage insights from open-source platforms and communities, not just general media sites. 3️⃣ Craft targeted messaging that aligns with their journey and problem-solving needs. ❌ Traditional ABM won’t work here. Reo.Dev can help you build a developer-focused GTM strategy with our 2025 playbooks, designed to tap into the signals that actually matter—https://lnkd.in/dpFj4gJ3 📅 Book a demo and let’s discuss how we can drive results for your developer GTM! 🔗 Full video link in the comments! 🎥

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲? In this clip, Sanjeev Sisodiya, former VP of Customer Success & Sales at Postman, shares insights on a dilemma many DevTool founders face: 📍Why giving away an uncomfortable amount of value upfront is key to growth. 📍The importance of allowing users to experience value with zero friction. 📍How Postman’s founders resisted the urge to monetize too soon, and why it paid off. Sometimes, the key to building long-term value is to give more than you think you should. 🎥 Watch the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/dshQevHC #DevTools #PLG #Freemium #StartupGrowth #GTM #ProductStrategy

In this clip, Sanjeev Sisodiya, former VP of Customer Success & Sales at Postman, discusses: 📍Why compliance, legal, and InfoSec are often more influential in enterprise deals than core product features. 📍How Postman secured early enterprise deals—funded by InfoSec teams needing visibility. 📍The surprising truth: the first enterprise version had almost no added features for developers, focusing instead on meeting compliance needs. Enterprise sales may not be glamorous, but it's what gets the bills paid. 👉 Watch the full video here: https://lnkd.in/dshQevHC #EnterpriseSales #GTM #PLG #StartupGrowth #Compliance
