CEO at Atomicwork | Modern Service Management for Enterprise IT

At Atomicwork, we're always passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI for enterprise use cases. That's why we've partnered with our friends at Cohere and HSR Founders Club to help other AI engineers get better at building, tuning, and applying LLMs for enterprise use cases. I'll be interviewing engineers from Cohere who are experts in Enterprise AI models, followed by an insightful session on fine-tuning, serving, and optimising LLMs by Dwarak Talupuru and Saurabh Dash. You'll also get a chance to connect with fellow AI enthusiasts and exchange notes on the business use cases they're solving for. This is happening on September 19, 3PM - 6PM at Hustlehub Tech Park in HSR, Bengaluru. We have only limited seats available. So go ahead and register, and I'd love to meet you in person there. On-Demand Virtual Data Warehouses

Two years ago, Shubham, Rohan and I started Datazip to solve a problem that all data teams continue to face even today: how to manage complex queries without disrupting entire systems or breaking budgets.   While our primary warehouses are powerful, but they often struggle with resource conflicts and downtimes during complex ad-hoc queries. We, at Datazip developed a solution to address this issue directly.   Introducing OpenEngine ✨, an on-demand virtual data warehouse which aims to:  1. Run complex, memory-intensive queries without system downtime 2. Dynamic resource scaling (a game-changer for our users) 3. Improved efficiency for data teams, cutting operational costs significantly Our beta users have reported a 10x improvement in reliability 🤘. We're excited to bring this solution to more data teams facing similar challenges.   🚀🚀 OpenEngine is live on Product Hunt: 🔗 Link is in the comments. 🚀 🚀 We'd appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine OpenEngine. Thank you for your support. Special thanks to HSR Founders Club for all the help right from the start. #datazip #data #datawarehouse #openengine #analytics #producthunt

Sudipta Biswas spitting facts on what to focus on as a first time founder 🔥

Co-Founder at Floworks (YC) | Hire The Best AI-Powered Sales Employees| IIT Kharagpur

An open letter to all first-time founders – 99% founders fail on their first attempt. I failed thrice before founding Floworks. You will most likely be no exception. Because exceptions are rare. Our social media feeds are full of success stories because no one is comfortable sharing their failures. - Millions of dollars raised - Successful exits - IPOs Here is the reality- - Co-founder breakups - No salary for years - 5+ years to reach PMF - Running out of savings My genuine advice - 1. Do not start a startup unless you are ready to commit to it for the next 5-10 years. 2. Do not startup if you cannot face failures. 3. Do not start a startup for getting rich and famous quick. If you have made your mind to startup, here is 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐨: 1. Pick up a problem statement and just “start”. This will change likely change throughout the journey. 2. Talk with at least 100 customers even before building a product. 3. Iterate (fast) your product until it's the best in its “category”. 4. Deliver a product that saves users time or best, increases revenue. 5. Develop simple, complementary tools that enhance your main product. 6. Do “things that don’t scale” to get your initial customers. 7. Understand that different markets need different “product”. What you build for India/Europe might not work in US and vice versa. #startup #advice #founder

Chief Marketing Officer @ Bugasura.io | Building HSR Founders Club | Marketing, Networking, Women in Business

Co-Founder & CEO @Zero | Building ZeroSpace - When engagement grows, money flows!

"Close Enough!" That’s what Ayush said, and it got me thinking. Then I came across the post about an intern who got VC funding and left the internship. It’s a great feeling when the founder you admire gives you a nod. But honestly, I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t crossed paths with some incredible people who shared their wisdom and helped shape my journey. So, here’s how this intern is now building his own thing. It all started with a call in December 2023. Mikhil was on the other end, and that conversation shifted my mindset entirely. Working with him wasn’t just about experience; it was a complete transformation. And even though I still haven’t mastered poker, the moments we shared are unforgettable. Then there’s Vagesh. His advice? Pure gold—straight from the heart. They have become my go-to person, like a solid wall of support. (Sorry Vagesh, but now that the stipend’s gone, looks like you might have to start paying up! 😂) At Listed Inc, my first company, I met Nikunj, who told me, “Founders should be irrational optimists 🤘.” That belief guides every decision I make. In the early days, Souvik and I hustled to book 1:1 meetings with the founders. That’s how we met Manas, who in just 30 minutes, completely changed our approach. He led us to the HSR Founders Club, where we found a community that pushed us to grow. When we had new ideas, we’d validate them with customers and seek expert advice. That’s when Suumit stepped in, offering insights that were nothing short of enlightening. During our job search, a friend introduced us to Nilesh. He’s so humble but asks the kind of questions that make you realize how much clarity you’re missing. Eventually, I landed at GoComet, where Ayush interviewed us. But it wasn’t just an interview—it was an hour of pure fun, covering everything from business to pranks on Souvik. Around that time, I invited him to the Founders’ Circle Dinner. He was in without a second thought. At GoComet, I also met Gautam, Mehul, and Chitransh. Currently, Chitransh has played a major role in refining our idea at Zero and helping us improve it. And then there was Navneet, whom I met at the Founders' Circle Dinner. He’s the kind of founder who makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend. We spent hours laughing and sharing stories—it was one of the best experiences of my life. It’s not just the founders who have helped us. Many others, like Rhea and Lakshya, have also played crucial roles in refining our ideas and understanding what businesses expect from a platform and service. Without all of their help, it would have been tough to reach where we are today. Thank you, Captains. 🫡

Disney bought my last Company! CEO of Games2win. I'm a passionate digital entrepreneur with a love for Mobile Gaming & Product! Penguin published author of best-selling books “Why I stopped wearing my socks”,"The Cave".

Often, Entrepreneurs give up too early... Picture this: A man has been climbing a steep mountain for hours without a clue when he will reach the top. He is exhausted and famished. The temptation to give up and rappel quickly down becomes overwhelmingly attractive. He feels satisfied, “he tried.” Away from the scene, you have a bird' s-eye view of this person and can see how close the summit is. You will always encourage the person to keep going, especially when the top is near. Most entrepreneurs are like the man climbing a lonely mountain. Giving up is rappelling down. The future and its unfolding are seen from a bird' s-eye view. **** Lessons: - No one can tell an Entrepreneur when to give up or to keep going! - The best survival tools are -- A decent cash stash in the Bank to keep going for a few months -- Some milestones that seem logical as signs of success / early validation -- Asking end customers/clients about the value they are receiving and if they think they will MISS the product /service if discontinued - Praying to God and Guru for the grace of luck, fortitude and success :) What are your tips and learnings? #Dhandhekibaat
