Today is National Coming Out Day (NCOD), a day that holds so much significance for the LGBTQ+ community. 🌈 As the chair/co-chair of the RepPride ERG at Reputation, Michael Bowles and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this day, share our own coming out stories, and candidly discuss what today means for us. On NCOD, I am reminded of how important it is to create environments where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated. It is why we founded the RepPride ERG last year and continue to celebrate our community in the workplace. Coming out is a deeply personal journey. For some, it may feel empowering and liberating, while for others, it can be daunting and filled with uncertainty. What’s important to remember is that coming out isn’t a one-time event. It’s a lifelong process—one that we navigate each time we enter a new space, meet new people, or find ourselves in unfamiliar situations.
