10 years at ResMed – what a journey! Yesterday marked my 10-year anniversary at ResMed – and what a ride it’s been! On January 5, 2015, I walked into ResMed as a Product Manager for Respiratory Care in ANZ. If you know me, you’ll probably find that as funny as I do – let’s just say product management wasn’t quite my calling! Since then, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats: helping to build and lead Marcoms, Creative, Branding, Media, PR, and Comms within the ANZ Marketing Team (sometimes all at once in those early days). A standout moment was helping to shape our first consumer brand direction in ANZ, culminating in a memorable 2019 – signing our first brand ambassador, creating our first TVC, and sponsoring our first major sporting event, the Presidents Cup. That experience opened the door to a regional role across Asia and Latin America, where I collaborated with incredible teams across 8 markets to drive brand consistency. Fast forward to 2024, and we launched ResMed’s first truly global brand campaign – a massive milestone and a true team effort. Now, as I step into 2025 in a global campaigns role, I’m reflecting on the incredible experiences, skills, and people that have defined my career. ResMed isn’t just a place where growth is encouraged – it’s expected. It challenges you to think differently, lead boldly, and pioneer new ideas. Looking ahead, I’m excited for what’s next: new markets, fresh challenges, and the opportunity to keep pushing boundaries alongside the talented people around me.
