Searching for our very first speech therapist! We are an inclusive and supportive private practice offering music therapy, and now speech therapy services, here in Colorado Springs. You’ll be joining a team of 8 music therapists who thoroughly enjoy what we do! We value autonomy, open and honest communication at all levels, and protecting work/life balance. Pay is per hour (admin, clinical, prep, etc), not per clinical hour. All communication is honored at Resonate. We’re a holistic practice where we strive towards a neuroaffirming, client-led, and anti-ableist approach to care. We’re seeking a speech therapist whose interest is piqued by the idea of consistent collaboration with music therapists, who are experienced in working closely with families, and who’s energized at the thought of teaching others. In this role, you will work primarily with children and teens providing assessment, treatment planning, and therapy services. You’d be predominantly working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals, individuals with all kinds of different disabilities, and those with general communication needs. Qualifications * Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Current Colorado license to practice Speech-Language Pathology * Minimum 1-year experience working with pediatric populations is preferred * Strong self knowledge * Strong interpersonal skills in building rapport with clients and families Want to apply?
