It's a world rife with portfolio complexity, internal demands for content positioning that compete and atrophy end user attention, and web analytics that go untouched because internal appetite, time, and acumen to use that data is limited. Yet in every B2B organization, your website is the only team member working for you 24/7 🕖 and might be someone's first point of contact (or procurements' last stop) when making in a decision. With this in mind, we've been focused on strengthening ReSourcePro.com - with discoverability, future portfolio growth, and conversion in mind i.e. getting real clients (and potential clients) talking to real humans as fast as possible💡 We relaunched last month and the initial data is in - instant double digit increases in organic search discovery and domain authority, more meetings booked directly via web, and a tripling of engaged sessions. And with early comments starting to make their way back to the team, it's been humbling to hear from clients who are equally proud and invested in how we are evolving and showcasing our unique value to the industry. Our approach followed a few simple priorities: ➕1. Put client needs front and center - the specific communities we serve are now directly in the navigation bar and content is more focused / less overwhelming; yet users can still go deep where they need to (we reduced the total size of the site by nearly 50%). ➕ 2. Elevate the insurance community - on nearly every page you'll see real leaders and experts featured at every level, alongside primary research and industry insights that help clients understand the current state of the market ➕ 3. Unite the portfolio - we've grown considerably the last few years, both organically and through acquisitions.
