BREAKING: U.S. reps have sent a letter, endorsed by Respond Crisis Translation and others, urging DHS to address critical issues with the CBP One app. CBP One, an app created by U.S. Border Control and Protection, is the main way those seeking asylum can secure an appointment at ports of entry and maintain guaranteed asylum eligibility. CBP One represents a dangerous affront to human rights. With so many language and translation errors, glitches, and other issues, CBP One is virtually unusable by most asylum seekers.
