About us
Our mission is to reduce incarceration and the need for foster care through collaborative partnerships. We do this utilizing our Crisis to Career model and our collaborative case management system, which allows for effective partnerships between agencies and community service providers, resulting in significantly better outcomes for communities. 100 Families This initiative helps families move from crisis to career, using existing community resources, by engaging community partners, training agencies on a collaborative case management system, and recruiting case managers to respond when a family is in crisis.

The most recent data shows that 39% of #FosterCare cases per year are due to parental drug or alcohol abuse. However, many parents who struggle with #Addiction can and do fight to overcome it. Patrick and Amanda were introduced to drugs by a neighbor during a challenging time. But when their children were removed, they committed to doing everything in their power to bring them home. Today, Patrick and Amanda live in a safe and sober home with their children. They now work for our partner Restore Hope, the organization that helped them every step of the way, as advocates for parents in the same situation. Read their incredible story on our blog! #Recovery #Reunification #ForOthers #ForOthersCollective

I help communities solve complicated problems using a collective impact model and oversee the expansion of the 100 Families Initiative. Consultant/Connector/Housing Guru
How did I get here? I'm feeling grateful to be part of system change that positively impacts families every day. Despite the challenges, the passion to make a difference and belief in the ultimate benefit to families drives us forward. Yesterday, we got to listen to direct feedback from families and community partners that confirmed the effectiveness of our collective work. Outcome data and firsthand experiences further validate the impact. It's all about the relationships and the families served. This is kingdom work, and I am committed to championing it for the betterment of families along with Restore Hope's national strategic philanthropic partner, For Others Collective. Thank you to leadership that continues to support the work being done in the communities.

Today we had the honor of hosting officials from Tennessee who are visiting central Arkansas to learn more about the 100 Families Initiative! We love sharing how the Initiative’s model can be implemented in communities across the nation to help families who are in crisis. So many community partners in Arkansas, who all play a crucial role in making the collaborative model work, came out to talk about how the Initiative is being implemented within their various sectors. 🙌 Thank you also to For Others, Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services, Every Arkansan, and so many others! #100FamiliesInitiative #CommunitySupport #TransformingLives #Collaboration
