Brennan Rigby, MD, earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Rigby completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center, followed by fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the same institution and at Loma Linda University Medical Center. With a focus on Cardiac Electrophysiology, Dr. Rigby offers a range of services, including electrophysiology studies, various ablations, pacemaker implantations, defibrillator implantations, and more. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine. He is board-eligible for Cardiac Electrophysiology. Driven by a desire to serve others and make a lasting impact, Dr. Rigby chose medicine as his profession. His passion for Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology stems from his early experiences as an EKG technician, where he witnessed the profound impact of cardiac care on patients’ lives. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Lucas Lloyd recently joined Revere Health as part of the Lehi Dry Creek Family Medicine clinic! Dr. Lucas Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Utah Valley University and a Master’s in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lloyd completed his Family Medicine Residency at Kingman Regional Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lloyd is certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Scott Moberg, DO, completed his undergraduate studies in Spanish at Brigham Young University before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University. Dr. Moberg completed his residency in full-scope family medicine at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Family Medicine, where he was the chief resident. With board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Moberg offers comprehensive care for everyone, from newborns to geriatric patients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Columbia University and underwent medical training at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Swallow pursued his residency in Urology at the University of Utah. He is a native of Salt Lake City and is excited to care for patients in his home state. As a Urology specialist, Dr. Swallow offers a wide array of services, demonstrating his versatility and ability to address various urological issues. His services include kidney stone removal, treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction treatment, and male and female urinary incontinence treatment. Dr. Swallow also provides advanced care for prostate, kidney, bladder, and testicular cancers, and performs vasectomies. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Jake Fagan recently joined Revere Health as part of the Provo Dermatology clinic! Jake Fagan, MD, specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. He graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Exercise Science. After completing his medical education at West Virginia University School of Medicine, Dr. Fagan pursued further training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, where he completed a residency in Dermatology. After residency, he trained further at Geisinger and completed a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. A dedicated member of many professional organizations, Dr. Fagan is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow Member of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Fagan is currently accepting patients at our Provo dermatology location. Dr. Fagan became a physician to connect with patients and help them live better lives. He chose to return to Utah and practice with Revere Health because the organization has a quality team of dermatologists who prioritize their patients’ health and well-being above all else. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Justyna Rzucidlo (O’Conor) recently joined Revere Health as part of the Provo Cardiology clinic! Dr. Justyna O’Conor, MD, earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in the Psychology program at Wake Forest University, graduating magna cum laude. She then went on to earn her Doctorate Degree from Georgetown Medical School. Dr. O’Conor completed her internal medicine internship and residency at NYU School of Medicine, followed by a Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center cardiology fellowship. Dr. O’Conor speaks fluent Polish. Dr. O’Conor offers specialized services in cardiology, including ECG interpretation, Echo interpretation, Holter monitor interpretation, Nuclear Cardiology, and advanced imaging (CT, MRI). She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Echocardiography and is working toward her certifications in general cardiology, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. Dr. O’Conor’s medical career was driven by her lifelong passion for helping others and her fascination with science. She was drawn to cardiology specifically for its complexity, advancements in research and technology, and the opportunity to establish long-term, meaningful patient relationships.
