Before becoming CEO, Cynthia oversaw a large-scale RHA program that trained and managed a network of community organizations to help hard-to-reach and disadvantaged Californians learn about and enroll in Covered California. With a Juris Doctorate from UCLA Law, Cynthia began her career serving our country as a U.S. Navy JAG Officer. She honorably served over five years as a staff judge advocate. After her active-duty service, she went to work for the U.S. Department of Defense Counterintelligence Field Activity Office and the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee.
