Higgins Welcome Center. Learn about weatherization, home energy savings, and indoor air quality, with insights from CLEAResult, Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP), and RI Energy. Today, the Office of Energy Resources in partnership with Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, Climate Jobs RI, Partnership for Rhode Island, and Compete RI hosted an all-day summit for state and local government entities and non-profits to learn how the IRA’s Direct Pay provisions can help communities across Rhode Island invest in clean energy projects.
