Each outdoor area showcases clever uses of reclaimed materials—think vine-draped salvaged trusses and cast iron plates that welcome you into the lobby. From the event courtyard with river views framed by repurposed steel windows to the pool area echoing the original brickwork, every detail tells a story. Happy to share that our Broadway Office Development/Credit Human HQ in San Antonio was featured in Texas Monthly for its innovative water use and reduction! With Texas facing a rapidly increasing population and diminishing water supply, this project located at Broadway and Pearl Parkway uses 97% less potable water than typical commercial buildings by capturing rainwater and HVAC condensate. Check out the recently completed millwork at our Austin office! Working on this behind-the-scenes project was a great experience. We incorporated some of our detailed project photos and chose a sleek, dark piece of hot-rolled steel with a mill finish to fabricate our logo.
