I had an amazing time at the 2024 AIM/R Conference in Nashville, TN, last week with Alan Cohen and Roland Pastor. A huge thank you to the Jon Wiggs, CPMR, CPSC, the AIM/R Conference Committee, and the Board of Directors for organizing such an outstanding event. Some highlights: - Tennessee Governor Bill Lee shared insights from his experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry. - We enjoyed a fantastic reception with manufacturers and rep agencies at the Nashville Country Music Hall of Fame. - The LOT/T field trip gave us a deeper understanding of Nashville’s distribution landscape. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to catch a surprise Keith Urban pop-up concert!
