It is here! ONE Health Ohio’s first in-house pharmacy, The Prescription Pad, will be making its’ splash at our Warren West location (716 Tod Avenue SW, Warren, OH 44485) in 14 days on Monday, November 4th! The Prescription Pad is available to all ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery patients. We will provide a variety of in-house pharmacy services such as: • Coordinated Care with your ONE Health Ohio Clinician • Affordable Medication Programs o $4/$10 Medication List o 340B Drug Pricing Program • Automated Refills Program • Medication Therapy Management • Medication Adherence Assistance • Free Medication Delivery Service (Coming Soon) We will be open every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am – 5pm and on Thursday from 9:30am – 6pm. The Prescription Pad is here for you and all of your medication needs!

It was a beautiful, fun and rewarding day on Saturday, September 14th as RISE Recovery was proud to be a part of another successful event in the ASAP Recovery Rally at Eastwood Field. During this time, participants were able to meet with vendors from all over the area, experience an honorary moment of silence for the ones we have lost to overdose and participate in a memorial walk! We were thrilled to see so many people and hear their amazing success stories and plans for the future! Thank you to ASAP for having us back so that we could showcase to the community all of the valuable information and resources that RISE Recovery has to offer! Another successful Canfield Fair is in the books! ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery were proud to be in attendance throughout the event and to be able to interact with so many wonderful people! Throughout the week, we were able to educate everyone on our services as well as pass out many fun and functional giveaways. It was a fun and exciting weekend for ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery! On July 13th, our team was able to help support the brave men and women of the 910th Airlift Wing by being a Gold Sponsor at the 7th Annual 5k on the Runway at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport. It was so nice to get out and run and to be a part of such a great cause! Additionally, RISE Recovery was able to be a part of the annual ASAP track meet where we provided fun and interactive games for the kids, frisbees as prizes and a cooling station with our Mobile Unit for all participants!
