Most marketing teams feel insanely chaotic—emailed approvals, no focused priorities, zero accountability. Ziflow's marketing team operates VERY differently. Here’s how we ended the chaos: Back in 2021, I had a meeting with my CMO. He told me his creative department felt slightly chaotic—new projects would come in and they'd change what they were working on. They couldn’t focus on anything because they were always shifting gears. As an engineer, this sounded familiar. People don’t often think of engineering teams as “creative”—but they are. They’re coming up with innovative solutions, juggling competing priorities, delivering on deadline. Just like marketing teams. So I suggested we try an Agile approach to our marketing team. We gave it a shot, and now we’ve been doing it for almost 4 years. Here’s how it works: – Our CMO and PM decide what to focus on in the 2-week sprint – The team gives those tasks their FULL focus – The team holds daily standups to report on progress Rinse and repeat. As a CEO, I like it because I know what’s going on. The team likes it because there’s no guesswork—priorities are clear. When there’s transparency, clarity, and focus, there’s no room for chaos—only results.

What a housewarming! Yesterday, we officially opened our new office in Esbjerg. And in true Cloud Factory style, it was anything but standard. We celebrated not just a new location but the growth that made it necessary. Since 2022, we’ve 3X’ed our IT partners and 5X’ed the Microsoft licenses that runs through us and our incredible partners. Yesterday, we welcomed what felt like 200+ guests to celebrate with us. We lost count. But what we do know? The energy and support from all our friends, investors, and partners is just incredible.
