Established in 1954, Raleigh Metro SHRM (RMSHRM), formerly known as Raleigh-Wake HR Management Association, is the leading HR association in North Carolina. Raleigh Metro is the proud recipient of 28 consecutive Superior Merit Awards, five Pinnacle awards, three SHRM Foundation Chapter Champion Awards and an NC SHRM Crown Award. These awards and the programs we provide recognize and further Raleigh Metro’s commitment to our mission, vision and values.
