Did you know? The Rochester Rotary Award is the oldest civic Award in Rochester, honoring community members who personify Rotary International's motto, "Service Above Self." Sol Heumann first received the award in 1936. At the time, the Rochester Rotary Club was credited with inaugurating the modern custom of formal recognition of those whose contributions to the public have marked them for special distinction and honor. This year we are honoring Justin L. Vigdor with the 86th Annual Rotary Award. Justin is being recognized for his more than half a century of service to the Rochester community. Help us honor Justin on Tuesday, October 15th at the George Eastman Museum. Registration --> https://lnkd.in/gj9QkRDD
