Meet Jacob, our next Employee Spotlight! 🌟 “I’ve been at Rock Medical Group for over 3 months. I’m an Account Manager for our MSP Clients, primarily for Allied & Nursing. My role here has evolved since I have been asked to mentor a summer intern, and have been sharing my experience and knowledge to help the team maximize our results. The sky’s the limit and when you get buy-in + effort you can be pretty much unstoppable. We have leaders who do more listening than talking, which allows us to work as a team and know we are empowered to take care of our people. I’m a full-time single Dad of a 16-year-old daughter so I keep plenty busy outside of work. #girldad! I love to golf, go to concerts, travel, and have been cooking a lot more this year.”

Meet Todd, our next Traveler Spotlight! "I decided to start traveling because of my passion for cooking. This is my first travel dietary job, but my fondest moment is when my birthday came on February 15th, when all the residents and employees sang happy birthday to me despite just arriving at the facility. The great benefits from travel nursing is meeting and appreciating people’s jobs, and you actually get to see it in action. You learn to respect their dedication and nursing culture. And they love eating my food so It goes both ways!"

Meet Chris, our next Employee Spotlight! “I have been with Rock Medical Group since October of 2023. I’m a recruiter for the Allied and RN divisions. My ability to do a mixture of account management and recruiting has been a tremendous help in my success here at Rock Medical Group! I’m looking forward to the growth of the Allied Division and being a part of that growth. I truly love working with the people here at Rock. We have a great group of people here. I enjoy hanging out with my son and watching him do his thing rather than baseball, competitive skateboarding, and now dirt bike racing. I am also a filmmaker, photographer, and paranormal investigator, so I stay extremely busy!”

Meet Diamond, our next Traveler Spotlight! 🌟 "I was really nervous about travel nursing, but I feel very fortunate to have landed this contract with RMG and to be placed at the facility I’m currently at. I definitely feel more confident continuing into the travel world! I value curiosity and each facility is run so differently. Having the opportunity to increase my knowledge and skill set while adapting to new environments is exciting! My favorite part at this facility is getting the chance to help younger age ranges. I really enjoy exposing them to ancillary professions, helping their visit be a little more joyful, and showing them their images after X-ray or scans. It’s a treat to see their smiles when they see their own bones."
