We are deeply saddened by the loss of Harvey Chaplin, Chairman of Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. A true pioneer and visionary leader, Harvey revolutionized the three-tier system and transformed the wine and spirits industry. He was a cherished friend and partner to Rodney Strong Wine Estates. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Chaplin family during this difficult time. #SGWS

Our limited edition Sauvignon Blanc from Alexander Valley is unlike anything we’ve produced before. Under his leadership, RSWE expanded its portfolio, doubled production, and earned prestigious accolades, such as American Winery of the Year in 2013. Carmen's legacy of excellence and commitment to quality will be cherished as he steps into a new role as Senior Advisor to The Board. Our story begins in 1959, when a celebrated American dancer named Rod Strong settled in Sonoma County to pursue a second lifelong creative passion: Winemaking. Through the years, Rodney Strong Wine Estates has earned a reputation for critically acclaimed Single Vineyard and Reserve wines, stand out Estate releases and best-in-class Sonoma County varietal wines.   We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and professional individual to join our Hospitality team.   The Trade Events Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, planning, and supporting the hands-on execution of a wide array of DTC and trade-related experiences, meetings, and events at the winery and/or offsite throughout Sonoma County. This key role supports the RSWE Hospitality team and National Sales team by coordinating all event-related details and is expected to apply a high standard of hospitality, brand and wine knowledge, customer service, and communication, internally and externally.
