We are excited to partner with The Malden Collective and Barbara Kohnen Adriance to launch the LiveWell™ Tech Accelerator at Rose Villa. The Tech Accelerator introduces emerging technologies that improve quality of care. Our pilot launched this month with WalkWise, a monitoring device that attaches to residents' walkers, canes, and wheelchairs, and is designed to help prevent falls. Rick Hamell, IT Director, is pictured here completing an installation of the device for a Rose Villa resident. We are looking forward to sharing more about our partnership and the innovative technologies that are changing senior living!

We had so much fun participating in last year’s We Believe in Portland event that there was no question we would be joining again today! Our group of staff and employees spent the afternoon cleaning up designated blocks downtown alongside Portland leaders and companies that are dedicated to caring for our city. We ran into our friends from Scott Edwards Architecture at last week’s Environments for Aging Conference in Atlanta! Scott Edwards Architecture was awarded EFA's Design Showcase Award of Merit for Rose Villa’s Phase 3 project. Our Director of Health Services, Erin Cornell, and Vassar Byrd, now CEO of The Kendal Corporation, celebrated with them in-person. Congratulations to SEA, we are grateful for your partnership!
