One of the staples of our summer internship is a visit to Covenant Place at the St. Louis Jewish Community Center. There, our high school and college interns host several rounds of bingo and give a presentation to the residents on how to stay vigilant against financial scams. It was wonderful to continue this tradition last week, and we are so grateful for our relationship with Covenant Place!

We would like to take a moment to address today's global technology outage. This incident was caused by a CrowdStrike update. Royal Banks of MIssouri does not use CrowdStrike services and was not impacted by the flawed update execution that occured this morning. However, cybercriminals are working quickly to take advantage of this situation. Please remain vigilant and do not engage with any emails, phone calls, text messages or social media posts from sources you do not recognize or trust, particularly those claiming to be reaching out on behalf of Microsoft or CrowdStrike. Also, do not disclose your personal or financial information to a representative of a company you are unfamiliar with or who claims to be from either Microsoft or CrowdStrike. Please call your bank immediately if you have concerns about the safety of your accounts or a potential scammer attempting to take advantage of you.

Members of our team and advisory board toured the facility and learned about essential farm processes such as maintaining fields, spraying crops and preparing soil. A big thank you to Frankford Farms for hosting!
