With the Olympics is full swing, we wanted to share our support for our country and all American athletes competing! “We are lighting-up the Paramount Miami Worldcenter as a salute to the 592 Team USA members,” says Daniel Kodsi, CEO of the Royal Palm Companies – developer of the Paramount Miami Worldcenter. “This is a beacon of unification. Finding #affordablehousing is an issue that affects a lot of folks here in Miami, particularly our most vulnerable residents. This project is a great example of the private and public sector working together to create solutions. “It’s the largest, predominantly senior, low-income housing development completed in the U.S. in over a decade,” said Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava at the project's official grand opening last week. “This is an example of developers taking the initiative to be a part of the solution,” she said. #downtownmiami #realestate

We are in the thick of hurricane season. To show our support for those affected by Hurricane Beryl (including Jamaica who was battered) the Paramount Miami Worldcenter skyscraper is lighting up the sky with a digital montage of international flags.

Another skyscraper is coming to #downtownmiami! This isn't our project, but it looks like it will be a great addition to the skyline. The building is being designed by ODP Architecture and Design and will pay homage to Miami’s turn-of-the-century Venetian architecture with inspiration taken from Doge Palace in Venice. The 45-story tower will be known as First & Fifth, and is being developed by Oak Row Equities. It will be located across from Brightline’s MiamiCentral and will boast a rare perfect transit score of 100.
