and the Harborside is completed. Exterior stucco and painting continue for the North and South Towers. Roof installation is completed on the North and South Towers. • Residences: Drywall finishing is completed through the 22nd floor of the North and South Towers.
Tile installation is progressing for the bathrooms.
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation continues in the North and South Towers. • Outdoor Amenity Deck: Waterproofing continues throughout the entire one-acre deck.
Preparation is on-going for installation of the resort pool.
Concrete walkways are in progress. • North Tower Rooftop Deck: Equipment is being installed for the 75 foot lap pool and spa.
