This week's #ProjectSpotlight is the WellMed Corporate Campus! This campus has two multi-story office buildings, a parking garage, and a third building planned for the future. The main building features a two-story atrium, conference rooms, offices, and training rooms. Employee amenity spaces include a nurse’s office, sundries store, cafeteria, multi-purpose exercise area with showers/locker rooms, and multiple outdoor gathering spaces. A convenient feature of this campus is that it is designed so employees can work from anywhere within it.
