Cherry Talent Group is redefining recruitment. We approach each client as a trusted partner. We work as an extension of your team. From the initial profile meeting we are doing a deep dive to really understand who you are as an organization and what really sets YOU apart from your competition. We strive to nurture a long term relationship with you so you can trust us now and in the future. We understand that it’s not only about finding a right person that fits your skills but also your vision and culture as a organization . We streamline the recruiting process to make it as easy and seamless as possible. From delivering a job description that really stands out and draws in the right talent, from understanding how to correctly market positions and look for candidates in the market, to true headhunting, where we look for passive candidates, Cherry Talent Group works as your companies talent consultant. Keeping you in the loop on what is happening in the market, what your competitors are offering, we want to be the eyes and ears for our clients. Breaking away from the traditional contingent model Cherry Talent Group charges an hourly consultative rate. Our range is anywhere from $70-$85 dollars an hour depending on the type of position we are working on. Our clients are currently spending on average 1/3 less in placement costs as compared to the contingent model. We do this without sacrificing excellent customer care to our clients and candidates. We also provide detailed documentation in every invoice of how many candidates have been sourced, submitted and interviewed so you know how your dollars are being spent. Our talent consultants only work with a handful of positions at a time, so we dedicate ourselves to really exploring all possible talent.     ⭐ Candidate tip of the week ⭐  Research, research, research and more research.  Sending out job application after job application and researching each company in-depth might sound like a colossal waste of time. There are three key moments in the recruitment process where it pays dividends to have researched the company you're applying for.    Let's break it down...    ✅ Before applying - Rather than wasting your time on an application for a job that's a bad fit, researching an employer's mission, values, working conditions, and employee reviews will all quickly tell you if an opportunity is worth pursuing.    ✅ While applying – To increase your chances of being shortlisted or invited to interview, you're going to want to tailor your resume and application to the business you're applying for. Whether its mentioning specific skills outlined in the job description or showing that you share in their company values, it's an easy way to make a stronger first impression.  ✅ During your interview – No matter the role you're applying for, the industry you're in, or the amount of experience you have, we'd wager a bet that every single interview you have will include the question, "Why this company?", "What do you know about us?" or something similar.     Did you know that one-third of employees leave their jobs within the first 90 days of employment?  Could poor onboarding processes be to blame?  Positive, engaging onboarding processes have been linked to increased productivity, engagement, loyalty, and reduced turnover in employees.  Those initial few weeks or months in a role are critical, so it’s important your onboarding process is up to scratch.  While you don’t want to skim over the process entirely – giving new starters a day of vague company presentations and armfuls of paperwork, they’re never going to read - you also don’t want to over-onboard them – drowning them in so much information, they spend the first few weeks in a state of sheer overwhelm and panic.  It’s about finding a happy medium. 🧘    Our tips for a seamless, effective onboarding process?  ✅ Introduce new information gradually – and logically!  ✅ Set clear timelines and expectations about what’s needed from staff, what support they’ll get and when that support will begin to be phased out.  ✅ Be more accessible when you’re around new starters.
