Happy 4th of July! Did you know.... 🌭 Approximately 150 million hot dogs are consumed by Americans on the 4th of July. If the hotdogs were placed in a single line, they could cross the U.S. from Las Angeles to Washington DC more than 5 times. 🌭 While the most hot dogs consumed in one day is the 4th of July, National Hot Dog Day is not until the 3rd Wednesday in July. 🌭 In 2018, a contestant in a hot dog eating contest ate 74 hot dogs with their buns in a record 10 minutes. 🌭 16-time hot dog-eating champion Joey "Jaws" Chestnut holds the current record for most hot dogs eaten at 76. 🌭 73 hot dogs weighs approximately 16 pounds, the equivalent to 42 billiard balls. 🌭 Nathan's Famous 4th of July hot dog eating contest on Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York was said to date back to 1916 "to settle an argument over who was the most patriotic." However, a public relations professional admitted the story and timeline to be fabricated. No records show the contest being held before 1972. 🌭 One hot dog company decided to make flat, round hot dogs so consumers can enjoy a hot dog "burger" rather than a hot dog "sausage." Our team working on below grade waterproofing at a property while assisting with a post defect reconstruction project. Using a process called Curtain Wall Grouting, water-reactive grout is injected into the wall in multiple carefully mapped locations. When the water and grout come into contact, the grout activates, expands and solidifies. Showing off our temporary work spaces at a current HOA we are assisting with Construction Defect Repairs. A large portion of the work is being conducted in the multi-level, below ground parking garage along the walls. Since the owners have storage closets in the parking areas, we built substitute accommodations in the center of the garage. We also constructed temporary walls to block the active work area and debris, and added temporary parking lines to ensure enough space for both parking and vehicle access. Additionally, every job site includes an operational office constructed by our team (as seen in the first photo). These temporary workspaces allow our team to properly plan each day, store equipment and plans, and maintain the property's appearance and safety while we handle the intricate details behind the scenes. #SaarmanConstruction #ConstructionDefectRepairs #BayAreaGCs
Abracadabra is a step by step process. Our team worked their magic to transform this lounge as part of a tenant improvement project in the bay area.
