After several years of working with our San Francisco team leading unique and challenging projects, John has earned the respect of clients and team members alike for his exceptional performance, problem solving, and managerial skills. On projects such as 350 Parnassus and Draper University, Jon has developed and orchestrated highly challenging logistics and vertical access plans, while earning the respect of engineers, local authorities, and even Cal OSHA. We’re thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project for LuxFit ,a gym where people are empowered to push past their limits and achieve their goals in a fun, energizing, and inclusive community that loves the outdoors. The space features a tiered gym with soaring 15-foot ceilings, recessed slabs at powerlifting racks with extra thick rubber flooring, and a fully isolated ceiling assembly with a top-tier acoustic rating—an impressive feat of coordination. Additionally, we poured topping slabs over lightweight concrete with in-slab electrical infrastructure, ensuring that this dynamic space is as functional as it is inspiring.
