What a fantastic week! We celebrated National Night Out at Cornerstone, a first of its kind concept for the Sacramento region! A new affordable housing community combining multifamily rental and single family homeownership on a single rezoned 7-acre vacant lot. SHRA provided the land and $13M in gap financing enabling our awesome partners #MutualHousingCalifornia to create 108 rental units and #HabitatforHumanityofGreaterSacramento built 18 single family homes. Families, including 16 formerly unhoused residents, are enjoying their new community of neighbors that provides stable housing with services and amenities that help them feel safe and thrive. #SacramentoCounty #salazararchitectsinc #sunsericonstruction #lutheransocialservices #laraswimmerphotography
