SacRT has been awarded $29 million in grant funding from the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) through the Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP)! 🎉 This funding will help: ✅ Purchase 10 more new low-floor light rail vehicles  ✅ Upgrade Blue Line stations to accommodate modern low-floor trains ✅ Build the new Dos Rios and Horn Road Light Rail Stations, improving access for riders ✅ Install platform validators and upgrade fare machines at stations for a better, faster ticketing experience Exciting improvements are on the way!
