Introducing another inspiring leader from UNIDOS, our Hispanic Latine ARG! Meet Damaris, our passionate UNIDOS Co-Lead and Safelite District Manager. Damaris is driven by her commitment to people development and advocacy for change. She shares, “I have a passion for people and people development, but I am equally passionate about advocating for change. My personal life experiences have taught me that these things are impossible without awareness and education. At Safelite, our Early Careers Program lets recent grads explore various areas of our business through rotational assignments.    Meet Gabby! Last year she attended a career fair as a student at the University of Cincinnati, eager to start her professional journey. Fast forward to today and she’s back at her alma mater – this time representing Safelite and recruiting the next class of talent for our Early Careers Program.    "It was such an amazing experience returning to the University of Cincinnati to share my experience as an Early Careers professional at Safelite while engaging with the talent at the university to recruit for the next cohort. With great sadness, we extend our deepest condolences to the Gaudreau family regarding the news of Johnny and his brother Matthew's passing. We will miss Johnny's incredible talents every time the Blue Jackets take to the ice and the positivity he brought as a role model. We stand with our Blue Jackets friends during this time of sorrow, remembering the love Johnny had for the game, his family and his community.

Mental Health Awareness Month might be in May, but we continue to acknowledge the importance of our associates and their self-care year-round.

Recently, the Safelite Early Careers Cohort visited the Columbus Ronald McDonald House to prepare rooms for our families.
