We're dedicated to our farm to table process, and that starts with a deep commitment to sourcing the finest rye grains. These grains are used to create our high-rye and low-rye whiskeys that are both triple distilled and matured for 4-6 years before being blended in small 20-barrel batches. The blending of two straight whiskeys gives complexity, while our triple distillation process enhances its distinct smoothness.

The Sagamore Spirit Barrel Select program is a unique Maryland-style blend of 7-year-old straight rye whiskies. We received the Gold Award for our Sagamore Double Oak Rye Whiskey (91 points) and Sagamore Small Batch Rye Whiskey (90 points). In addition, our Sagamore Cask Strength Rye Whiskey also received a Silver ranking (83 points). We partnered with our friends Boordy Vineyards Inc, Maryland's world-class winemaking legends, to create this unique spirit. This rye whiskey boasts a unique minerality thanks to aging in Albarino casks crafted from locally grown grapes. We aged our 4-year-old straight rye whiskey for an additional 3 years and 6 months to yield a spirit of flavors of nectarine, honeysuckle, and fragrant oak, balanced with a crisp acidity, creating a taste that will leave you wanting more.
