🐾 Making a Difference! 🐾 Today, our incredible cadet class, PSA #42, teamed up with Salt Lake County Animal Services for a heartwarming public service project! 🐕🐈⬛ The cadets rolled up their sleeves to clean and organize the outside barn and storage areas, making sure our furry friends have everything they need when they arrive. We love when we are given the opportunity to connect with our community. This week, we had the privilege of giving a jail tour to students from Corner Canyon High School. These tours help educate them about law enforcement, corrections, and the judicial system, while also offering a deeper understanding of who we are at the Sheriff’s Office including the wide range of career opportunities available.

Congratulations to our newest Crisis Intervention Team graduates! After completing an intensive training program, they are now equipped with essential communication skills and tactics to safely de-escalate situations involving individuals in mental health or intellectual disability crises.
