Yesterday, the Samaritan Center hosted a fantastic ribbon cutting with Mayor Duggan from City of Detroit, Hassan Sheikh from Wayne County Economic Development, and so many more community organizers and supporters. The Samaritan is a beacon of Detroit's east side and offers so many beneficial and essential services to the community. We are so happy to have SER Metro-Detroit fully committed to its renovation and relevance. The Samaritan Center is rising and with it are the residents, our youth and an amazing energy. Thank you to Henry Argasinski, RPA for believing and pushing for PACE Financing, significant energy conservation and sustainability! #BELIEVE! Samaritan is the proud recipient of a LEO Grant and PACE financing funds which will allow the center to get new mechanical systems, elevators, roofs, and significant facade repair and maintenance. It will be a great property for those looking to lease space that can be impactful, offer collaboration with other community services and joy!
